Greek Yogurt Bagels

Holy crap these are good . I just wanted to make a note of them because they're really, really good. Different, definitely. They almost seem undercooked in the middle, but once you taste them, the raw flour taste is gone and you just get a bright tang of yogurt. Seriously stupidly good, plus protein, so, you know. Woo.
