Fig and Almond Cookies

A winner with no modifications! Came out to about 60 cookies, however, and I let everything sit in the fridge for closer to 5 hours because I had an appointment to get to.

Has a remarkable, subtle almond flavour that's really lovely.

A little finicky to form, but not too bad. I used a pizza cutter to get equal-sized strips to work with, which helped a lot.

10/10 would make again!
