Chicken Salad

Another recipe that's perfect without modifications! (Though I did less chicken and more grapes, but that's just because I love grapes.)

It makes a large amount: a huge package of chicken breasts from Costco wasn't enough to double the recipe.

Brining the chicken breasts is a good idea, but not a dry brine. It came out too salty. Still, not inedible, and I love me some salt! A nice, simple dry brine would be perfect.

Anyway, yummy!
