Baked Beans

Ham bone, or diced ham
1lb dry beans, soaked overnight
1 onion diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon (5ml) apple cider vinegar (if required)

Toss everything in except the apple cider vinegar. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Remove bone (if used) and cut off remaining ham. Return ham to pot. Add apple cider vinegar if required.
